Maximum Rejection comprises previously released material from the History Will Be Kind EP, a couple of singles and four remastered tracks from the Energy Giant album which was released on Werra Foxma. It's been re-sequenced to work as a single album length statement ahead of a glut of new material to emerge in 2024.

All the material was produced at home alone, entirely in the box using Ableton (through headphones, no speakers) and a cheap midi controller keyboard on a cheap Windows laptop.

It was endlessly tweaked by listening endlessly to works in progress on endless dog walks with my endlessly adorable dog Bruce.
